When I star tmy pc my anti virus says that it is turned off. So I turn it on. I do all my updates and scans. I dont know why it keeps shutting off. I called for support but they want to charge me.

which anti virus program are you using??General Problem might be, that there is running a windows Service for the anti virus program and that this service is set to START TYPE "manually"!

Norton internet security? I dont know why it is doing that though. Can you wal kme through to how to fix it?
