But there are programs around that can actually bounce your IP address through various locations, making it that much harder for people to be identified, if I can remember the progs I used to use I will post links for anyone interested, however saying that I dont know what kind of speed you would get downloading from P2P.
The only other option is to use a dedicated proxy server, that way any tracing goes there and not direct to your ISP, although some ISP's dont allow this option...[/glow]
