GIFS

[glow=blue,2,300]Browsing the net I found very high quality gifs taken by pieces of movie, so I wanted to create one.
But my best result is a 6,7 Mb image 100x150, with UGLY colors and non-fluid images, so I think that's the program I used the problem (it's Barbarosa gif animator).
Perhaps also the 50 images taken for the GIF can be part of the problem...
Can someone give me an advice? Pleeeeeeease! ;D

Get yourself a copy of Photoshop...that has a GIF animator in it...part of Image Ready I think.

Yea i was going to ask buzz about this...

Because his sig is a really cool animated one, that keeps the high quality.

The old ones i used to make always had to be 256 colours.

I'll try and find my brothers copy of photoshop now as well, ta rik.....

Also when creating Gifs, do not use 50 images, there is no need, think about how fast the human eye sees, it does not see 50 fps, when you create a gif, use as little frames as you can get away with

Indeed, for example: Films run at 19fps I think it is.

Possibley, I know its around there though as opposed to the 60fps that a not too intensive game runs at.

Try find JASC Animation Shop 3, smae people who did PSP. Very good prog, very versatile.
