Right.... i keep having this problem where a message comes up telling me a 3rd party might have uninstalled 180Search Assisstant without my permission.... It gives me the option to re install it which takes about 20 seconds so i guess its ok really...
The other day i was on avp and a hacker said to me just before leaving "cya Dan(to me) or should i say Neil".....Just wonderin wether this could be connected. I guess its not urgent as it happened a few days ago and everything seems to be working normal on my pc apart from that.....
Anyone know anythin about this???

[glow=red,2,300]This 180 search ass is it something you originally installed yourself? It may have been removed by a spyware/adware prog as its guess what...... yup full of spyware/adware here read some tales of whoa to do with this piece of .... progam www.intercot.com/boards/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=12;t=001380;p=0If you look through those m8 you will see a few uininstall methods, the easiest one being use the windows add/remove prog, then running adaware, this should clear this out from your machine. Lastly a warning too anyone reading this, these so called "free" search bars, while you may think they a good idea, "think" about what they are actually doing, constantly tracking your movements on the net and giving you popup ads that they think you are interested in, this is just the start of what these programs do, apart from slowing your machine down as well! Just stick with a good old simple web page search engine like Google. [/glow]
