Anyone else been watching it? I think it is really good. Who the hell works out these twisted story lines. Operating on severed heads! THAT TALK! lol that was funny!

I think it's a load of rubbish that should be banned from TV. Plastic surgery in itself is a monstrosity afforded by those who have more money than brains. =/

Why would you call it a monstrosity? With out it there would be a lot of disfigured people. Pastic surgery does have a really bad rep in my mind but there are pros to it. IF you didnt have rich people paying a fortune to get there noses fixed there wouldnt be many plastic surgens out there to help the people that have had somthing nasty happen to them.
The program is very relistic at all but i think its a great show.

I dislike cosmetic surgery used because people simply because they're unhappy with their appearance. Agreed, reconstructive surgery is fantastic! |

I dont really mind if people have surgery as long as it doesnt have a negative affect on me i just say its there money let them spend it how they want.
