I'm really sorry about that and my condolences to his family and friends. I'll always remember all the great times we had in training and matches and games and voice chat. Really gonna miss you

Absolutely terrible thing to have happened. Condolences to all his family of course.

And a huge thanks to the guy, as its pretty much him and mark that are responsible for bringing us all together in the first place. Used to have epic amounts of fun all of us together all the time just playing games and chatting and stuff.

Pretty much all of my adult life so far have been knowing you twisted lot thanks to him :-) Thanks again, and you will be missed x

Really Really sorry to hear what has happened, Rik was a good mate on here.
Did alot of league and admin stuff with the guy and to hear that he has passed away is shocking to say the least.

My heart goes out to his family who he left behind, and hope things will get better.

Hello there ppl...Im really sorry to know this.. i just get the notice today by Delta...He was a nice person.. i honestly never get to meet him im person since im so far away... but sometimes u dont have to meet some1 in person to know his a good person with a real soul. He was one of the 2 who recluted me and i was a still a child when that. I really feel sorry for the family and those who knew him pretty well.. i HOpe hes resting in peace now... I turned my phone on at 8am this morning and the first message I got was from Ross telling me what had happened. I don't think shock covers it - i don't think you could've taken a run up and kicked me in the nuts and still had the same effect.

Rik was a great guy. Plain and simple. You stood out in a community as a guy everyone had time for, irrespective of opinion, people respected you. You were a laugh to game with and a good man to talk to.

It's strange I was only thinking the other day I have to get in touch with a lot of the old crowd and then this happens. I've spoken to ZIBA and we both said Rik was a cool guy.

Nowt much else to say apart from you'll be in my thoughts and prayers as will your family. God Bless you mate, I hope you're at peace.

Only found out yesterday, kind of been off the radar. Know we never really saw eye to eye, but i'll still say it outright, man had my respect. Stuck to his convictions. Got to hand it to him, one of the few people I know nowadays who stuck true to themselves and their actions.

Peace buddy, we may not of seen eye to eye sometimes but you have my respect. Rest easy my man.

Know it ain't of much comfort, but Carl, Sam, ever need a random barstard to talk too, I got your back.

I Can't believe this has happened still!

It's crazy how you can easily look at the whole online gaming and clan lifestyle as a bit of a harmless laugh and a joke you can jump into a few nights a week to get some kicks, where afterwards you can get back to the real world with your 'IRL' family and friends where you're not allowed to talk about necrophilia or Neil's raging homosexuality or any other other sick SHIT that you'd discussed in the aaK, but otherwise feared being arrested and put on a register for.

But then something like this happens and it reminds you of how much you really value the people you've met and the friends you've made. So thanks for creating the aaK Rik, I've met some really awesome people I'm proud to call friends as well as had the opportunity to get some quality games in. Great times. You'll be missed a lot dude...
