I really really wish I didn't have to make this post at all and I'm sorta struggling with what to put on here so please excuse any shitty grammar I use.
I give the very very sad news that last night at 6.30pm Richard Cookney aka -(aaK)-FD Rik passed away.
I know we didn't leave on the best of terms but nor did we leave in the worst of terms but I can say you will very very sorely missed mate and my condolences go out to your family.
I think I speak for everyone here when I say that if you're reading this Sam or Carl then we're here for you and we will do anything we can to give you support and if you need someone to chat to please feel free to contact any of us at any time.
I'm really at a loss for words at the moment, but once again Rik we sorely miss you bro.

I just heard the news today and im truly saddened buy the news, rik was a great guy and will be truly missed by me and all of who new him from AAK!

When I joined aaK it was at a very shitty time in my life when I was attempting to come off a serious drug addiction. I can safely say that without joining this clan I would still be royally fucked or in a mental ward by now.
Words can not express how shitty this universe is at times.

Oi Oi all,

Thanks to Vik for putting the post up and you all for replying.

As some of you may or may not know, Rik was my uncle. I say uncle but he was much much more like an older brother.

All that I ask for is that he will be remembered for the good times, the worst times and Those times when it was just SHIT's and giggles !!!

Thank you all again from the deepest part of my heart, I shall be forwarding this post for my family to view.

Oh this is bad news. I really had a lot of respect for rik we had good times doing css training and matches. Really changed my life actually went on to become obsessed with css and make a little money from it. So I owe him that.

Will miss you Rik.
