Cheapest I've seen so far is £42.24 from www.casetech.co.uk/product_info.php/products_id/1116I've tried this sort of thing before and always been dissapointed mainly because they've tended to be extras which connect to your PC at the same time as your keyboard and there have always seemed to be some interfearance problems. However, this one seems like it wont suffer from that. May be worth taking a look.

[glow=red,2,300]Yeah thats the price I paid (casetech), and I have to say the keyboard is mighty fine but the demo is a little miss leading, what you actually do is HOT swap the keyboard from one to the other, however saying that it takes seconds to do so, only other downside is if you want to remap the keys thats a bit of a pain, but once done, need not be done again, and you can also download predefined keys And as to advantage? well that all depends really on whether you have your keys set up within easy reach, I suppose[/glow]

why is it such a pain remapping? does it work good with all games? like avp2, BF, CoD, doom3, tetris, hearts i got a little interested in that board. if i buy one and leaves the gameboard on and wifey comes and shall email or sumthing -- can she chg back to normal or will i stand there and get a hell of a discussion why i spend even more time by compu than with her.......

The keyboard seems to be split into 3 sections and you lift up one end or the other depending on what you're doing so it should be as easy as pie.

[glow=red,2,300]what you actually have, like Rik says is a mainboard, that you can hotswap between a gaming insert keyboard and a normal 102 style keyboard, and as to remapping, the only prob i have come across is with avp2, when i want to change characters, i need to put the 102 section in, but this is no great hardship really as it takes a few seconds to swap And if you have a favourite game such as unreal or doom3 then predefinded keys are already there for you to download, as well being able to buy a nicely pictured keyboard for your fav game [/glow]

[glow=red,2,300]In light of a recent problem I have had with this board, I would not reccomend anyone buying this product, apparently even though its a "new" product there are two different types, one is a USB the other is a PS/2, now when I bought mine the only ones around were PS/2 versions, within a month or so the USB versions came onto the market, now what this means to you and me is this, the extra gaming inserts such as DOOM 3, WILL ONLY WORK WITH THE USB VERSION WTF!!! I enquired to Zboard about this and recieved this email back from them read the first line does this take the piss or what!!![/glow]
I can understand you thinking you have wasted your money but we and Zboard feel that you are only missing out on the Zboard's full potential. We supplied the Universal key set in the knowledge that it was going to work with every FPS game, at the time of releasing the PS2 version we weren't sure how many specific key sets would be released if any at all. The Doom 3 key set does nothing over you universal key set except it comes labelled with what functions that key does within the games configured settings with in found in the Zboard settings (once down loaded from http://www.zboard.com). It also comes logo'd up and features characters of the game on the key set. I hope this settles the bad feelings you are currently having with the Zboard. Regards Gareth Thomas Technical Support

A little update, Due to the fact I posted on here Zboard have kindly decided to swap my PS/2 version for the USB version so I can use the DOOM 3 insert, But as I said to the guy on the phone they need to update the website so more people are not led along the wrong path, also the packaging on any future inserts should be clearly labeled as to whether they work with both versions of the board or one only, apart from this slight hiccup in my gaming, I now withdraw my recommendation about not buying one, but if anyone does buy one make sure its the USB version
