[TECH HELP PLZ]

Yo guys can you help me. I am posting here because I can't post in Tech. When I log in I can't do stuff. It is showing the same screen as in i am not logged in and then on the bottom it has my name saying I am logged in. I also see all the stuff I would as if I was logge din. I can log in to other places. (Not saying) I also have my pic. When I get this fixed I can send it.

Could it possibley be because you're not a member of the clan and so you only get to see the public boards that even guests can see?
