Try typing "French Military Victories" into the google search box and then hit the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button. Then click on the "Did You Mean" link.

Oh dear! How did you find that? Amusement at the google fact!
Pity, I'm used to fairly good humour from Albinoblacksheep.com, however, this failed to amuse me. It was overly glorifying America AS USUAL! America did NOT win World War Two for Europe, and I will defy anyone to DARE to contradict me on that...

I wouldn't dare to contradict you on that KT however, I would like to contradict you on what the site said:
I think you're anti-Americanness had kicked in before you got to Britain. Ok, so the site missed out Canada and the various other forces that were involved but Britain and the US did make up the majority of the force.
I would also direct you to the line at the very top of the page:

I've had this argument lost of times in various boards and I'm normally on your side of the argument because I'm normally arguing with Americans.
However, having said that, I would say that although the Americans were involved for a very small portion of the war, I wouldn't say that they in it.
For instance, before they were involved, Germany were ready to invade Britian but didn't for a very silly reason they didn't. That was their last opportunity to win the war before the US got involved.
Also, you must remember that even when they weren't actually fighting, the US were sending us much needed supplies without which, we would have been in a much worse state as far as food and munitions go.
Flipping the arguement a bit, I would say that our best ally during WWII was Hitler. Had he not recinded the order to invade England, had he actually conceeded that the invasion of Russia might last into the Russian winter and packed for his troops accordingly rather than denying the request for winter equipment, had he not declared war on the US following their declaration or war on Japan then the whole thing might have ended very differently. (in no way am I endorsing the TWAT, I'm just thankful that he was so stupid).
I will admit that I hate the way the American's think they won the war on their own. During the war they used to say that for every American Platoon, you needed a British soldier standing behind them with a gun to get them to march into battle.
And by far the worst thing is U-571 (not sure if that's the right number or not but you probably know of the film). If you read the information at the end of that film, you find out that it was actually the British who undertook the mission that the film was about not the Americans. But I guess that's typical of the American film industry (thinks of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen suddenly having Tom Sowyer included when the American's make a film from the comic).
Anyway, I've battered your eyes enough....I could go on but sufice to say I agree with your sentiment but not with the way you phrased it (my fingers would ache a whole lot less if I'd just typed that in the beginning lol).
